Hazardous Algae Bloom Reports

Hazardous Algae Blooms (HABs)

The article linked below was sent to all CSLAP volunteers in early August of 2018 regarding Hazardous Algae Blooms. It is a reprint from its August

issue of the Conservationist.

It is a good primer on HAB’s and has an excerpt from Scott Kishbaugh who will be retiring this year after running the CSLAP program since its inception.

So on behalf of The DeRuyter Lake Association, we appreciate the permission from the NYS Department of Conservation to use this article on our website – Permission received - 8/28/18
